After returning from more than 25 years of honorable service in the US Army as Lt. Colonel, serving as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer, Don was invited to Peak Security. Don personally provided protective services to the US President, Vice President as well as the President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai. In addition to serving in Afghanistan, Don’s Army service included six deployments to combat zones in Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Don’s service achievements include two Bronze Stars and the Legion of Merit. Don holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a graduate of the US Army Command and General Staff College, and possesses a Top Secret (TS-SCI) security clearance.
Leo has more than 25 years of Executive Security Management experience. As an area manager for a national security company, Leo led the management of large security portfolios in Utah, Idaho and Nevada. While in Nevada, Leo managed the contract security staff for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada. Leo led security operations in Boise, ID and served on the Boise Disaster Committee with a focus on dam sector protection. Leo is an active member of the Utah Organized Retail Crime Association (UTORCA), ASIS, BOMA, and IREM.
Director of Training
Ethan is a nationally recognized security and personal protection trainer. He possesses more than 28 years of operational security leadership and experience. Ethan is a recognized SOULIS firearms, defensive tactics trainer and is a certified instructor for the Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) program. In addition to Peak Security, Ethan provides firearm and defensive tactics instruction for the military, law enforcement, and other private organizations. Ethan directed security for major hotel chains, both foreign and domestic, and has provided protective services for many well-known clients in the film and music industries. Ethan is a retired professional boxer, an MMA athlete and currently serves as an ABC certified referee for both boxing and MMA in Utah.
Operations and Sales Management
Burnell Clark has recently joined Peak Security. He is regionally known in the Treasure Valley for his community service and as President of two of Boise’s Neighborhood Associations. Burnie served as Idaho State Senator at the pleasure of the Governor of Idaho in 2006… A native of Louisiana, Burnie is a graduate of Southern University A & M College with a Bachelor’s of Science. His experience spans from Federal Farm Agricultural Programs in Minnesota, Industrial Management Consultant throughout the United States, and Business Consultant for a National security Company in Idaho, Oregon and the State of Washington.
Lisa A. Henrie
Lisa has 25 years of human resources and safety program experience. She provides recruitment, safety services and program development, and employee relations. She has developed and implemented safety policies and programs for a municipal water district and two counties in Utah. She has co-written Risk Management and Emergency Response plans.
Lisa performs background checks, arranges and participates in panel interviews, and conducts positive new employee orientations post-hire. Lisa holds a degree in Psychology, with course emphasis on Public Relations/Speaking, Human Values, and Interpersonal Relations. She also earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Utah. She is CPR certified and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Aaron has more than 25 years of executive security management with some of the largest security companies worldwide. He has extensive experience in liability and risk prevention/management. Considerable experience in facilitating security in a high-end retail environment.
Aaron’s experience includes crowd control, emergency response, and critical incident command. He has also written and taught industry specific training programs to all sized corporations across the country. He has been recognized for his achievements and attention to detail by the corporations he has served.
Branch Manager Boise
Richard possesses over 25 + years of operational security experience, including three years of military service where he served as a security officer attached to duty at the Presidential compound in direct support of the President of the United States security detail where he held a Top Secret security clearance. Richard was an Idaho Post certified Instructor for several agencies, as well as a certified Instructor trainer for the American Red Cross. Richard brought to Peak the knowledge of Patient Transport and designed and helped to implement one of the premier transport teams in the Northwest Region.
